@tomomoto: Yea, but the same could be said of a lot of famous musicians. Ask anyone under 30 who Frank Zappa is and they don't know. Or Willie Dixon or Chuck Berry or Son House or Robert Johnson: most younger people simply don't know.

So yes, alot of people don't know who they are but still they're in the Hall of Fame. You don't have to have everyone's attention at the same time to be successful or talented.

Hey...I'm constantly amazed at the amount of young people exploring the "older" acts, and digging them too! I think that for those of us who are moved by music, almost any genre has its own appeal, and our tastes are as eclectic as whatever we happen to be listening to at the moment. With very few exceptions, all music is good music. Why argue about it?
