Got a fleet of planes out today. P40 Warhawk from Hanger 9, my Lowrider trainer, an electric foamy trainer, an electric Fokker, circa WWII, a glider and finally my newest purchase, a nitro heli with a bell 222 body and retracts

my p40 came in a kit premade(the kind where u just put the wing together and the tail on the fuselage). it is a very thin fiberglass fuselage. how did your kit come? just in a balsa kit or a 3-4 hour arf kit?

arf kit, but took me a few more, finally done then had someone take it up the first time just in case.

i just made a 1/2 scale version of my 1/6th scale piper cub which looks more like a trainer and put a .049 engine on it. my cousin launched it and it turned to the right for a nose dive. whole front end broken....... it was only a skeleton with a monokote covering. no solid flat wood pieces except for the firewall. it broke until the middle of where the wing sits the wing had little damage.

Might have been too much motor power for it, those things torque out a lot, and could have been the reason for the roll, of course it could have just been aerilons out of alignment too.

Oh ya i forgot to mention a p-40 like yours with a .45 engine

i see so if you don't ruin it, they'll pay for it muahahaha lol jking. my trainer that i made with the .049 engine is too weak.... it cant lift off the ground...so i am going to make a 4 foot wing with 2 .049 engines 8inches each from the middle of the wing. thuis will equal up to a .15 engine..=P wish me luck. i first have to get the engines to run properly so that i know if im going to make the wing or not

Thanks for watchin. Right now I have a Blade CX2 heli, a Blade CP pro, a century hawk with bell 222 body, 3 strykers, only 1 in use, the brushless version redone by me, a p51 mustang, that is almost finished, plus a foam BAE hawk, and a smaller electric warhawk on the way. I really don't want to add up the cash, think I would cry. HAHA
