Vinnie Jones shows how hard and fast Hands-only CPR to Stayin' Alive by the Bee Gees can help save the life of someone who has had a cardiac arrest. The Hollywood hardman is starring in a British Heart Foundation TV advert urging more people to carry out CPR in a medical emergency.

@FayeVert even medical personal doesn't use mouth to mouth nowadays -.- i am in med school and we are thought mouth to nose...much more easy...and effective
and there is no reason for non-medical people to refrain from doing that btw....even though i agree: bad cpr is better than no cpr

This advert saved my brother-in-laws life on Sunday. He suffered a cardiac arrest in the middle of nowhere. Thankfully his 3 friends who were with him had seen the advert and knew what to do. They kept him alive for 30 minutes until the air ambulance arrived. EVERYONE should watch this video :-)
