The other video wasn't too bad, but some things were a bit off and I just wanted to redo one of my favorites.

TAB- http://www.sendspace.com/file/ovqrj8

NOTE: The tab is for standard tuning. I did this video with my drop C guitar, so if you use this video as a reference or something, what I play is two frets higher than what's written in the tab, but it's essenially the same thing.

PS - I absolutely hate the new video page and I prefer the 1 to 5 star rating system better than this like/dislike system. Oh well. haha

  • This is a very very nice cover. Sadly that the volume does not help to appreciate it better.

But maybe, someday, if you make a third remake (for what I read, this was your second one) it will be a good idea to have a better way to record the audio (or at least a close micro to the guitar and some editing?... dunno?)

Now, Esperanto is very much popular theme, have you ever tough into performing "Holy Land", from Rockman Zero 4?

  • Since I'm on a very low budget, you have to settle for this. I'm glad that you want to hear better, which could no doubt be pulled off with better equipment, but my piece of crap webcam's internal mic is all I can do for now. I'm trying to experiment with what little I have to produce better sound even if it's not much.

Holy Land could possibly be a good song as a classical guitar piece. Maybe I'll try to look into it.

  • @chelsearare Well, I was myself thinking on those one of cheap mics for computer (Not sure how much they cost, USD$10?). Just to get it even close to your guitar, and have a better volume. One of the problems with internal mics is that you need to be so close to have good audio, and that is pretty impractical.

And thanks for take in consideration the Holy Land Remix! <3 :3

I think myself is a good track that almost everyone ignore.

  • I'm guessing you mean get the mic closer to my amp, not guitar. I actually think my sound is fine for this particular video. You can easily decipher between the track and what I play and it's clear. Just my opinion. The thing about my mic is that if it's too close to the amp and the amp is too loud I'll get audio clipping and if the amp is too low it won't register or it will sound buzzy/unclear. My best option is to keep it at this distance and mess around with the amp's volume settings.

  • @chelsearare you ought to experiment with line in, you'll get way better results for a pretty affordable price

  • @xRisingForcex

Not a bad idea since I just replaced my sound card. I'll see how that works out, thanks.
