Inline Skate Jumping Sat 21.06.2008 from 1640

Inline skate jumping onto the top of the fence at the narrow entrance to the Estate on Saturday, 21.06.2008, from about 1640 to about 1825 for an hour and forty-five minutes total.

This five minute clip starts about 1716 showing additional waxing for the area directly in front of the camcorder before jumping onto the top of the fence and the danger involved.

After about a minute into this clip, one of the first jumps directly in front shows a jumper turning in the air,landing backward on the top of the fence then stumbling backwards as he falls off the fence. He could easily have gone onto his head and sustained serious if not fatal injuries. Fortunately, he did not.

This is an accident waiting to happen. If anything happened to injure or kill one of these youths in this private property area not intended for this kind of activity, those in charge could be held liable for the consequences under the new law which came into effect on 6th April 2008.
