Here I am rolling through a DUI checkpoint. Refusing to answer their questions, I'm eventually freed.

Hey Pal, I have been hit head on by a drunk driver, it caused me to be in ICU for a week with a 50-50 chance of survival and a hip replacement at 27, and caused his death. That said, I will never be for the police or the Govt violating my Constitutional rights.  Ever! Check points are a clear violation.

This is a prime example of how to not incriminate yourself while interacting with a police officer. Also, it was very cooperative of the officers to supply their name and ID numbers too.

To drive is a priviledge extended to citizens by the corporate govt. To travel is a right guaranteed by the Constitution, not restricted as to method of traveling. Police are allowed to lie in an interrogation, anything you say or do can be used against you. They cannot search without permission or cause, you do not have to consent to interrogation without a lawyer present.
