@gassit320 My brother-in-law is a qualified roof carpenter and when he saw the instructions and material provided he just shook his head in disbelief. For the money you pay and product + service you receive, its simply a ripoff!
Hi, I know exactly what you mean !! My $2400 cubby ( turbo swing gym ) arrived with a) the wrong instructions b) 2 major brackets missing ( which they did send straight away ) c) many bolts and screws short. The instructions are extremely basic and some of them are just wrong, with the picture saying one thing and the diagram another. You will need at least one drill, a saw, a planer and at least some basic handymnan skills although the way the instructions are I think they assume ur a carpenter
@31069maya Hi, The cubbyhouse you see in my videos is the finished product, however I could never have achieved this with the items and instructions provided to me. I had to fork out approx an extra $100 which covered timber required because some pieces were missing and others cut incorrectly. I also had to purchase additional nuts, bolts, glue and screws. Their response - 'Slow Learner!' Personally I would'nt buy a single nail from these guys. My advice - DON'T GO THERE!!!
Thinking about buying a cubby would like to see yours before buying dont want to buy a lemon could you email me if you would be willing to let me. email row4hell@bigpond.com.
