PCB may stand for printed circuit board. If so, you basically got a new motherboard for your camera. Glad things worked out for you and your 5DmkII. :)

Glad everything worked out for you ! That's funny you call your 5D mk2 "He",because I call my 5D mk2 "She" lol Also, insurance is a good idea ! Mine is insured for everything !

Ack! That's a terrible ordeal to go through! I'm glad you got it back fully functional!
Last month, I was taking a photo of a fountain and didn't realise I was standing downwind until a sudden gust caused me and my camera to get sprayed by the water. Fortunately, it seemed that no water got inside the camera but it definitely taught me to be more alert with my camera around water!

i'm glad that you got your camera back. I am currently taking travel photography as my electives at brooks and the rule of thumb is that your equipment shall never be apart with your body @ all times by all means unless you are at home or driving. especially around water. camera straps around your wrist or your neck. hands slightly on camera even if its on a tripod so you can grab it as soon as it starts to lose balance. happy shooting~
