  • HOW DO U FEEL ABOUT GNC WHEY PROTEIN?

  • depends on the yeild (amount of protein u get per size of scoop) i grade a protein on how it mixes in a shaker if it clumps, gnc has some ok products.

  • where do you buy your supplements? The store you are at is that a wholesaler?

  • It's a store called Popeyes in Canada

  • is it ok to hav milk in ur shake?

  • yeah its ok to have milk but remember the protein you get from milk is slow digesting and there are added calories in milk so depending on your goal sometimes it's ok to use milk, i use water because it's cheaper. Thanks for the comment

  • can you mix cellmass from BSN and glutamine? cuz some say it cancels each other out

  • Best video Ive seen on this subject yet.

  • @JustJoshin247 I didnt make this video but you could try a weight gainer, Ex. Quickmass by all max will have this all in one but it is hella expensive and HUGE scoops with recommended serving 4 scoops so you will feel bloaded but when i took it I only did two scoops but it will have all this in one./

  • You can mix everything like that? Hmm I gots lots to learn :)

  • what product contains all this in one? thx

  • Question.. I see you seem to add alot of water in your shaker. I currently mix 8oz of water with my protein blend which already has 3 g of creatine I believe.

Are you just adding what is recommened total for all of those or are you adding what you have found to be the best amount of water?
