Anywhere but here

A short film featuring an artwork that I created whilst experiencing a very down day in 2004. My naration over the top shares some of my personal thoughts about depression. I suggest you listen to this with headphones or turn your volume up because I don't speak that loudly and there is some really soft background music too.

Stop trying and start doing. Take smaller steps, don't be so impatient. Change is a slow path not a roller coaster ride. Don't be scared of your potential, get out of your comfort zone and get back into life.
