  • now those bicycles that you are doing i'm doing too!! that's just what i needed for the lower part of my stomach.. i was 300lbs at first now i'm down to 248. my ghoal was 250. but i succeeded it by 2bls. i'm trying for 230. love you vids. buffie. keep up the good work dear
