Outstanding! But I'd have just told her I had to find my credit card and then left her on hold, so as to waste her time and not mine. I did that to one of their people and said at the end, "I forgot to mention that this number is on the Do Not Call list and I don't have any credit card debt." It makes the scum really angry and they don't have the opportunity to just hang up on you the instant you express disinterest or anger.

I just need your 16 digit account number on the front of the credit card number to qualify you... While you are at it, tell me your name exactly how it is spelled on the card, tell me the expiration date, and tell me that 3 digit security code on the back okay?

Thanks for having this video to inform people how bad these scams are. You should only go with the Consumer Credit counseling places and non profits rather than bastards like this that is on this video. Usually if they want you to pay alot of money up front to help you then you know it is a scam of some type. There are so many scams out there it is hard to tell sometimes unless you look up the name of the company on a BBB website for the state that company is in to see if any complaints exist.
