can i ask one question, you spin by yourself only ? does the pole have to spin as well, I know it sounds stupid , because I've been trying to spin many rounds like you ^^ up to 3 rounds :D

@serebii Hi! My pole spins as well. And it doesn't sound stupid! I didn't know that poles spun at all until I went to my first class. I was watching girls on you tube and thinking they were super human because of how fast they were spinning =) I almost always use a spinning pole because I find them way more fun =)
