i was recently involved in a car accident...where i was the passenger and was asleep...the crash was maybe at about 60-70mph...now right after the accident i felt ok...everything was good but a seat belt burn on my neck from when it chocked me as i slinged forward...the following day is when i felt most of my pain on back neck and head...went and took x-rays and everythin was fine....now my question is...will an MRI show any damages thats causing pain?
