  • Meat is not harmful to you. I eat it every meal and feel great and have great bloodwork. Also over the counter dugs aren't toxins and help if you have the flu or a major headache. The only things bad for you are fast food, processed, sugar, asparatame (which everything is ok in moderation). Alcohol isn't bad for you unless you drink and get drunk all the time. Actually a little alcohol has been proven good for your heart.

  • Keep the crap (toxins) out of you such as... fast food, processed foods, SUGAR, aspartame (artificial sweetners), fried foods (trans fats), flour, table salt, enriched anything, over the counter drugs (like tylenol), prescription drugs, alcohol, etc.

think NATURE - eat WHOLE foods. mostly plant based. Fruits, veggies, Nuts & seeds. Meat in moderation & if eaten should be clean. Grass feed beef, wild fish (not farmed), etc. Marijuana-Cannabis-Pot (whatever) for MEDICINE.
