  • whole point of that technique is to drive power from your legs as much as from your trap,tris,and chest. it also keeps pressure off your shoulders. that's why many people have shoulder issues cause they bench wrong and taught wrong all the time. this type of bench is really called a powerlifters benchpress to the avg person,but i suggest try to keep your heels on the ground cause keeping a strong foundation will improve yourself also. this here is a great tip in the vid.

  • good video. ive seen someone else demonstrate tech. 2 before. i do it at the gym, you feel the stretch alot more on chest
