Riding up a Section of Very twisty Mountain Road at Annecy On my GSXR 1000 K9 being chased by my mate on His GSXR 1000 K8, Never used more than half throttle anywhere (if That) as we had no idea what was round the next corner, whether we'd be confronted by a tight hairpin or fast sweeper, Rode to a height of 1590 metersWe rode as fast as we could safely based on not knowing the road yet both of us still had a few brown pants moments later in the ride nearly loosing the front. Full Vid is 12 minutes long this is a snippet from low down the mountain.

  • @BaKeDCrAcKer i own a k5 GSXR1000 actually.. just don't post videos of it.

  • @ghawk2005 damn...dont get your panties all up in a bundle.BTW, where are your videos of your bike?? all i see is a fag trying to play a piano. Its funny how guys comment on bike videos thinking they actually own/ride a bike.Post a video or shut your mouth.Atleast i actually own a bike.

  • @BaKeDCrAcKer Firstly how dare you tell me what to do with my property. Secondly I have done ADVANCED motorcycle training so i am certainly not scared of the bike. I am scared of other twats like you on the road pulling out and driving without a brain cell!!!! it is NOT safe to exploit the power on UK roads or legal. I save the raw power and handling of the bike for the race track. Lastly I run it on super fuels which helps prevent carbon build up!! Complete idiot!

  • @ghawk2005 if you buy a litre bike, and you dont go past 8k rpm, your scared of it and should sell it right away. You will build up carbon deposits in the engine.

  • Nice video. I rode through this area earlier this year on my 1000K3 going from Geneva to Grenoble to join N85 Route Napoleon, then down to Monaco. Your video would be even better with a clear screen and if you had dropped behind your mate on his K8 - another bike in front adds interest to the show. Just bought a Drift HD170, wish I had it for my last trip.

  • @FiFiGiN88 Thanks. R1s are awesome bikes. Enjoy, and stay safe :)

  • @ghawk2005 one of the best comments i ever saw. Im riding my R1 like u. Real bikers contemplate with their motorcycles, not treating only like toys for speeding. Im also cleaning my baby after every ride lol

  • its really good to see one of these amazing machines ridden carefully and sensibly for a change. i used to have a k5 1000 and in 2 years don't think i ever used full power in 1st gear. think the max i ever used was about 8000rpm in 2nd/3rd and only that was for a few seconds!! LOVE riding these, but at a slower comfortable and safe speed, such a rewarding and enjoyable ride. the comments about "too much power".... you can never have too much power providing u respect the bike.

  • Too much power for that road ;)

  • What a great ride!
