Brilliant, in Uruguay (South America) they're already well on their way to providing every school child with a school laptop. Imagine quick, inexpensive access to every book you may need or want to read without having to spend a cent. Books were an expensive necessity growing up there, we used to queue for hours in the capital city to rent second hand high school books.
