Wooo... I can't say much for the Border Collies cause they're the doggone best dogs on the world, they are all awesome. Haha, that Sheltie is fassst! Awesome job on the training.

What makes a dog want to do that as fast as he can. How does one instill that competitive feeling?

Initially it is the reward at the end, with Rum and Emz it was a game of tuggy or a ball at the end. With Cas it was a treat. Cas does everything at 100 mph anyway and so does Ember. With Rum I have worked harder, winding him up and getting him to blast through for his ball.
