Bastrop LA Police Will NOT Arrest Her Part 4.avi

The same people turned it up again two weeks later. They parked on the otherside of the house so I could not video. So I told the police to drive up with their windows rolled down. One citation issued! The video shows the first failed attempt to get a boom-box morons arrested in Bastrop, LA. (Now at more than 160 attemps to get them arrested over 15 years) I let them run the noise for over 30 minutes, listening to the vulgar trash that they were playing, before I finally decided I had enough. I picked up the waiting camera, went out my front door and began taping them outside while standing next to my front door. With a video tape and two witnesses, I was sure they would issue the citation I asked for. I guess I should not have been surprised when I was wrong. The black female officer would not issue a ticket! Her response to me was "The Bastrop City Attorney, Bentley, would be in touch!" Comments are blocked, so don't bother sending your crude, stupid remarks.
