In Australia the AIC ,.id card must be on a person at all time. A 1000 on the spot fine is inforced when there is no card. No matter what state, its what brings Australians toghter. Plus the money it makes the gov is outstanding.

@HiddenFacedMatt Well this is kind of obvious. Any non-lethal weapon can be lethal when improperly used...such as what we're seeing here. A taser - 50,000V at less than 1AMP for 5 seconds - Non Lethal. The same amount of electricity for hours on end...lethal. 200 Non Lethal Beanbag shotgun rounds shot at an individual...potentially lethal.
