  • I don't get it, unlawful assembly? What's fucked up is that assembly can be considered unlawful.

  • Scott Olson hit in the face at 43 seconds.

  • @hack2makelivesbetter ur name, username is the name of the rebellion how can you support the shadow government. when your implying you love the United States. Welcome to the Fascist's States of America NDAA will take us in, FEMA will Kill us and trap the unhealthy, SOPA, ACTA,PIPA, will stop us from communication. I hope you love your antifreedom government, as for me i will rebel always, against the tyranny that was brought to us through money.

  • @hack2makelivesbetter And the Republic's law enforcement authorities, that are put into place by elected officials lawfully ordered these people to Dispurse. Whether you believe it to be lawful is of no matter. Like I said It is not up to you. The Occupiers have proven to be nothing more than a bowel movement of lawless anarchist scum. Sounds to me like you believe the right to assemble supersedes any other law. It does not. . Do you deny That their actions are a hazard to others?

  • @ROCKSTARVOCALIST I pledge allegiance to the flag, of the United States of America. And to the REPUBLIC for which it stands.

  • @hack2makelivesbetter Obviously you haven't been paying attention. You obviously think you live in a Democracy. Well you don't and never have..

An occupier was asked by an interviewer what the cops did to him? and he said. "they took his tent, and his stuff, and put it in a garbage truck and took it to the dump. The interviewer replied, Redistribution of wealth is a bitch......

  • THANK YOU! ktvu took this footage down from their website! (i posted a link directly to it on my fcbk a few hours after it was on their website [same night of the incident], and now the link is *invalid* and i can't find it ANYwhere in their video archive section) so THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! there is NO OTHER *aerial footage* that shows the *silence/stillness* BEFORE the tear gas is launched. THANK YOU!!

  • @fappeh Yep, America isn't all green grass laden with happy people at every turn either...we have as much a police state as practically any other country, if not worse.

  • @ROCKSTARVOCALIST The problem is that The Supreme Court Judges are the ones that said corporations are people and can give politicians whatever they want. The Right to Assemble states that we have a right to assemble in public space and that no actions can be taken to circumvent that right. (ie. taking their property, can't put your sign on the ground, no tents, etc.) Scott Olsen was unarmed and standing still some 25 feet away from the cops. BAD COPS.........NO DONUT 4 U

  • @hack2makelivesbetter (cont.) or his call. that is up to a judge. He disobeyed the police impeading on the rights of others. Becoming a occucrite. (Occucrite defined: An Occupier that believes everyone other than their group have to follow laws, ordinance, and statutes, while becoming the Tyrants they claim to be protesting.) Now we will see if he is a "REAL" soldier as you put it. Do soldiers file civil lawsuits against the enemy for wounds recieved during battle? "REAL"We will see won't we

  • @hack2makelivesbetter First off his right to assemble does not give him right to break other laws in the process. The crowd was warned to dispurse numerous times, If his opinion is the leaders as you put it are treasonous. He is to go through the proper chain of command filing his grievence. Isn't that correct? As a real soldier wouldn't he have known where disobeying a Lawful order would land him? Whether or not You or He agree the order lawful or unlaw is not your call .( cont)
