06. Shutter (Scariest Horror Film Top 10)

After a hit and run, where a woman is killed, young photographer Tun suddenly starts seeing weird shadows on the pictures he takes. Slowly he and his girlfriend discover there is something haunting them. This 2004 horror film from Thailand was written and directed by Banjong Pisanthanakun and Parkpoom Wongpoom, who also directed films as Alone and Phobia.

It's not the jump scares that are the scary things, it's the imagery that goes along with it. Jump scares are only bad when they just make you jump and that's it, but this movie seems filled with the kind of scares that make you jump and then keep you going "Oh! Oh SHIT! OH MY GOD!"

Okay, just started playing the video. lol.....now I see the clown. Try Amusement. Or one of the after dark horror festival movies. I think it was called death ride. It took place at a park.

I've seen this and american remake, and although this is better, I still didn't get scared. go watch the original Pulse, called Kairo, and THEN you will be scared.
