Doctor Honoris Causa was bestowed on Dr. Dennis Lee Siluk by the National University of Central Peru, UNCP (Universidad Nacional del Centro del Peru) on January 30, 2012. Being the current authorities: Dr. Jesus Pomachagua Paucar, Rector of the UNCP; Dr. Jorge Castro, Vice-Rector Academic; Dr. Carlos Prieto, Vice-Rector Administrative, and Ing. Mauro Rodriguez, General Secretary of the UNCP, Huancayo, Peru.
In this video Dr. Dennis Siluk has received the Diploma of Doctor Honoris Causa and he is inviting giving his speech with his wife as translator.
