1 1/3 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup egg whites
6 tbsp. stevia (optional)
Cinnamon (optional)
Nutmeg (optional)

  • I made this the other day and it tasted utterly dreadful

  • @heathen1392 ive used splenda for yrs and and just recently tried stevia. Now, my opinion, splenda is sweeter than stevia but to me splenda has a yucky chemical after taste if i use too much. stevia doesnt have as powerful of the yucky aftertaste but i need to use more of it to get the sweetness i want. so between the two its really preference. I use both depending on what im using it for. Hope I helped

  • Thx for the recipe. My only problem with your vids is that we never get to see you. It's almost as if we're watching a floating pair of hands. Love the recipes though, good alternative to all the plain chicken and broccoli or paleo
