About the Festival

There's never been a film festival like this in Canada! Emerging filmmakers get a chance to showcase their work to millions of Air Canada passengers. Selected short films are screened from August to November on the personal seatback entertainment system on all Air Canada flights. A free public screening featuring the best of our sky-high film fest is held at the end of the year at the Scotiabank Theatre in downtown Toronto. The screenings are followed by an exclusive Awards Gala honouring the top films. The exposure and awards for emerging talent are unprecedented.
