Beyond Reality - Survivor Tocantins Recap 4/16/09
Last time Joe left because of his leg infection so no one was voted off.
Coach tells everyone a pretty crazy campfire story about his time in Peru.
Reward challenge - Three teams of three try to eliminate each other by breaking all of the others tiles with balls. The black team which consists of JT, Brendan & Debbie win a rafting trip & picnic. They also sent Stephen to exile island all by himself.
Brendan is changing his strategy - he doesn't want to go against JT so he tell Sierra its either Coach or Tyson.
Immunity Challenge - Everyone is tethered to a rope and must follow it through an obstacle course. First three to finish & move on to the second round were Tyson, JT & Brendan. The second part was a 3 story obstacle course. Tyson wins immunity.
Tribal council - Brendan reveals that he has the hidden immunity idol but doesn't play it and is voted out with 4 votes. He becomes the 1st member of the jury.
Next time - Sierra fights for her life.

i was a lil piss tat they decided to vote brenden out!! wat happen to the exile alliance?!? last episode started the mis-communication tat caused brenden to get out!! only if he talked to taj earlier!! i was especially disgusted at the trailer for next episode!! >.> coach n tyson r particully verbally abusing sierra!! n wouldnt the exile alliance be better cuz they would hav 2 idols!! coach's story r total bullshit!! biggest fake liar ever!! worst than johnny fairplay!!

Stephen was actually my pick for the win, however that was up until he started acting like a dumbass since the merge. What the hell was he thinking? He was in control. We'll see how things turn out and hopefully for him the Jalapao alliance will survive while Timbira self-destroys, like Taj said.

i actually like stephen until he started being the dumbest player ever! when his alliance with jt coach debbie and tyson gets to the final five he and jt will be out, and if he would have went with jt, taj, sierra, and brenden, they would have kicked sierra and brendan out at the final five and then him and jt or him and taj could have been the final two

Well if her strategy for staying is crying to Coach then I'd have to rethink whether I want her to stay. If her staying means she alligns with him and help him get further in the game then I've no desire to see her stay.
