The newsletter is free. I give tips on how to do instant inductions. If you really want to master instant inductions, I recommend taking a class or ordering some DVDs. I offer them, but others do too. Do your research and get the training you need. Then get out there and practice!

I am doing a hypnotherapy course but have also been studying hypnosis avidly for a long time. In the course, however, my trainers are of the opinion that these kind of "Instant" Inductions are all actually just "reinductions" - does not work 100% of the time and would therefore be detrimental to therapy if it doesn't work, which I can agree to. However, what is your view on achieving 80%+ success on using these techniques _cold_?

I've been working on this pattern for a while, but I have only been able to accomplish it with friends.

Is there anything else we need to do besides the hand pull, the focusing point, and the hand in the back pressure: timing? focusing? breathing?

Most people have trouble because after they trigger the induction, they stop talking. Are you continuing to talk?

a bit off topic, but was wondering if you have suggestions or techiniques for someone like me to quit smoking. I went one time to a fella with me in a room with about 200 others. He spoke on a PA system. It didnt take hold but I could definitely tell less desire to light for a few hours.
