Anyway, if The Flood got into the Pokemon world, everyone would be doomed. Sure, these fucked up animals could hold the Infection forms for a while, but once they get into massive hordes, then thats it, the flood basically took over Alpha Halo which is 10,000 km in diameter, and thats a LOT!
