@donxcore - Because, just because you're black, doesn't make you superior to everyone else. Two white kids got shot in the back of the head execution style by a couple black kids who were robbing them in Cleveland, Ohio several months ago and no one outside of Cleveland heard about it... no other news channel had it... I found out from my Mom who lives there. Reverse racism is still racism. Everytime a black person gets shot by a white person, you want full media coverage and riots. Ridiculous.

You're wrong when you say, "Shooting someone face down that doesn't have a weapon is murder period." It isn't, because that is not how murder is defined. Murder is not just an unlawful killing; rather, it is specifically a killing which is performed with an INTENT to kill the victim, or with "malice aforethought," which is basically a general disregard for human life (even without the specific intent to kill that particular person in question). That's it.
