Bart Police shooting in Oakland KTVU report

I'm not saying the cop was right in killing this guy but what you have to remember is the tasers they are given look extremely close to a pistol. Needless to say the cop should serve sometime and the family should be given $100000 and to the guy saying kill the police SHUT THE HELL UP!! You sound like an iggnorant bastard and not to long after this incident 4 cops were killed in one day in Oakland by one man all cheap point blank without warning shots.

They charged the cop with murder no man slaughter & why is this? oh the DA knows a murder charge will never convict & they don't want the cop to go to jail. If he was charged with man slaughter than it would be easy to convict. When are African Americans gonna wake up! I was an Ast DA in PA & I'm telling you this is what they do. Just like in NY that man was shot over 30 times the cops charged with murder got off, the Ast DA 1st charged them with M.S. know he could convict but he was overruled

The cops in Gloucester Twp, NJ are fucked up, too. Mostly just dumbass bullies, merciless liars and thieves. Haven't heard about them murdering anybody, but they're so good at hushing things up and lying that I wouldn't even know about any murders they may have committed. Cops should be held to a higher accountability than ordinary citizens. The cops in this video? Fucking execution would be too good for that bloodthirsty cop.
