That's an execution. Non an arrest. You know the only reason cops paused was because they were wondering how they were going to get out of this one. Bet they had a story all worked out before they found out it was on film.

What happened to that cop? This film is over 2 years old.

they gave him 2 years, half of which was considered, "time served," so, he sat 6-7 months in P.C.. He was released on parole in june. In other words, "a little slap on the wrist." You couldn't buy yourself a better deal, if your life depended on it.

Looks as though cops who have mental issues vent them out at this station... and they create situations so they can shoot somebody...! I should get together some friends of mine, and head on down there and set up some of our good camera equipment... and sound equipment, and stage a situation where a cop would most likely come over and create something...! Then get it all on tape from beginning to end, and see how they will create something to get out of it...!

first, i dont call the police i carry a glock for that reason. average police response is 5+ minutes, far to long in the case of a home invasion.

second i am uneasy with police for they are humans with power which dictates they are humans that can abuse power. i have seen this done and i am a 22 white male

third, reached for his tazer? now this is a joke. the weight of a tazer, the length, the grip, everything about a tazer is distinctively different from a gun, most likely a glock.

The police that killed that young man is called Johannes Mehserle,he only been jailed for 2 years. He has been released last year. He took a young man's life but only jailed for 2 years?? It's hard to believe.

This is what im saying, after this happening the whole of america should of rose up and brought hell to the streets... The same thing happened here in london uk this summer, a shooting by police of a unarmed black man... The whole of the uk was brought to a standstill for 4 days.. This aint right!!
