Koi pond returns.

Here we see a flanged pipe return with the PU foam fitted flush to it.

The return is glassed over and a certain point of the grp curing we cut out the grp as seen in the video.

We then apply the flowcoat to the pond which also acts as a seal to the meeting point of the ABS or pvc flange. It's good practice to back up the seal with an extra application of PU silicone once the grp system has cured.
