First full video on FCP! I spent the past three days solidly editing it, I kid you not. Today alone I have been sat in front of the screen for 8 hours. ANYWAYS, I love, love, love, love FCP and I hate to say it but I don't think I'll be going back to a pc anytime soon.

ALSO, first Downton video! Amazing show that must be watched right now. Mary and Matthew are amazing and there is so much angst they needed to be vidded and this song seemed to fit Mary so well!

The coolest thing ever: diffuse lives, gruelling non-relationships compacted down to key moments of looks, smiles, slights, movements, utterances - and set to music. Beautiful. The exquisite kaleidoscope of emotions. The delirious contrast between Mary’s proud black challenging eyes and Matthew’ light shimmery assured eyes. Love how Mary looks at 1:45 and the two of them walking off in unison from the coconut shy 1:52. Love how the body language is matched to the lyrics. Can't stop watching it!
