See the easiest way to frame basement walls. Have finished basement walls in no time that offers protection from water damage, mold, and fire.

  • Can I use these for the ceiling to build a tray ceiling?

  • Yes you can use QuikStix (QS610) in a Tray ceiling. When you have a horizontal application, you need to support QuikStix (QS610) at 4 on center along the length of the section to have the right support.

  • There's one problem that I see. I thought the whole idea for using the metal studs in the basement is to prevent mold and water damage. In your last sentence you say: "now you're ready to install drywall." Isn't drywall the last material you want in a basement? Yet you didn't mention another alternative material to use.

  • That's cool! Love it.

  • What happens when you wanna mount something on the wall like a TV

  • Where do you buy these at? What's the cost difference from using wood?

  • i like it i like it....!!
