This short video by BJJ black belt, Marc Hagebusch of Texarkana Jiu Jitsu, discusses an arm triangle choke and a few techniques for making the arm triangle choke more efficient.
As always, these techniques should be practiced slowly and cautiously and ONLY under the supervision of a qualified instructor.

Definitely going to try this next time they try and escape a rear choke. Thanks!

Was this really necessary... ;p As I am just starting to learn the choke by using a gable grip and outside arm glued to the ribs, this just confuses me. Just joking, but a little confusion..yes!
TexarkanaJiuJitsu, can you please tell what's the diffrence between the different holds/grips..? Thanks for great instruction.

actually, i believe its a blood choke, cutting off the carotid arteries. good tips. I have long arms so i just chalked it up to that, for not being able to always finish it, but I'll give these tips a shot. thanks!
