St. Louis style frozen custard is custard. If you are not from St. Louis, ice cream is not custard. (if you ARE from St. Louis, frozen custard makes a great dessert after some fried ravioli.)

1:25 so would i use the same 2 eggs per cup of liquid to make a Chawan Mushi type Broth custard?
(By wich i'm asking if the substitution would negatively affect the coagulation).
