@tbolshevik  oh thats odd cause i broke my highback the other day and when i went to a burton supplier they gave me a free one right away. i also belive they give you free lift tickets when you buy a board, so i dont think they have "bad customer relations".

@Elsammp I dont really "dislike" Burton, but compared to other companies they don't have as good of customer relationships. I'm a member of AASI and get sponsorships/proforms from like 30 companies (one of which is burton) and I like the basically free gear but at the same time it takes months to show up and if there is a defect good luck getting it replaced, vs a company like Smith goggles are spot on and really happy to supply their sponsored riders, and replace stuff right away.

@deathwalkingterror88 you could say buck furton, i mean i dont really like the company much either, but the fact that they sponsor Nev and enable him to make his epic instructional videos is awesome.

Nev is a beast!

I bought his videos from the site, totally worth every penny. I'm a snowboard/ski instructor and he breaks everything down so well, you'll be stomping stuff on your first try. I even use his progressions when teaching.
