  • I love your guided meditations, very nice voice and good pace! I just began meditating this week and so far I've been using your videos. :) I do have a question though: for a long time I've had pretty bad posture, but I used your posture video to ensure I was sitting properly during my sessions. After a few moments my back begins hurting, which kind of takes the relaxation out of it somewhat. Do you know if this will fade over time after adapting my day-to-day posture? Thank you :)

  • @Zenity hi many thanks and its great you are enjoying the meditations...yes the pain will gradually fade - the most important thing is to sit so you are relaxed and can forget about your body. Sometimes its good to sit in a chair with your back supported by a cushion...
