  • The music in this clip might be my favorite NFL Films tune. It wasn't on the set of discs they released a few years ago that I have. I keep watching this clip to hear the music even though the Steelers beating the Browns makes me ill.

  • @Xontar02 Even though I am a Steeler fan, I will tell you about another clip with the same music that won't make you ill. The 1977 Pit-Colts highlight uses the same music - the Steelers got routed in that one. It might still be up at Panthers channel or at Joneseracolts.

  • @plntntvzn Greene's attack on Bob McKay explains what happened the very next year in Cleveland, when Turkey Jones piledrove Bradshaw head first into the turf. I was at that game and the crowd went silent as Bradshaw writhed on the field. The game was delayed several minutes before an ambulence drove onto the field, and Bradshaw was carefully lifted onto a gurney and then whisked away. There was immediate speculation not as to when he would play again, but as to if he would walk again.

  • Love those old orange Browns pants.

  • @1975NFL1 Ha Ha, thanks man. I actually have heard that tune in quite a few different clips, but this one comes through the best. Even though I'm a Browns' fan, I begrudgingly respect the Steelers (but I still hate 'em). By the way, I appreciate all the NFL Film uploads, I watch them constantly.

  • @mkeogh76 You could include Tim Couch in the same category as Mike Phipps..

  • There is poor Mike Phipps for whom the Browns traded away future HoF WR Paul Warfield in order to draft him. Phipps is arguably the worst QB in the history of the Browns. Meanwhile, Brian Sipe was sitting on the bench.

  • Look for 1975 Wk 3 Plays of the Week. It has a good piece of footage of the Greene-McKay incident.

  • Look at all those Steelers fans! Haha!

  • Joe Gilliam really could have been a very good QB in the NFL if he kept his mind to it and stayed "clean".
