This video is really beautiful, so much love! I cried a lot also when I watched it. I'm 18 years old and have had 2 birds like this in my whole life, the first one died a couple of years ago and the other one died for a year ago. This video reminds me so much about them and still after so long time. I can't get over it. I miss them so much. Birds, especially these gives so much love to the humans they live with. My parents bought the birds and we had them for more than 20 year.

i cried so much watching this. my cockatiel passed a few weeks ago. she was a part of my life for 13 years and im still having trouble letting go. jamie looks like he was a very special little guy. your very lucky to have shared your life with him, and im sure the time he spent with you was the happiest time of his life.

Loved this video, ive had my toby for 16 years and im dreading the day i lose him, he likes being held the same way jamie did. So great to see the last bit of his life was happy and fulfilled xxx

We have a cockatiel rescued from a crummy situation, too. He was living with a shut-in woman, who had chronic back pain and self-medicated, in part, by chain-smoking. When he came to us he was extremely underfed, featherpicked, and physically unbalanced, but hand--trained, which was encouraging. He's still really unbalanced, so he feels far too vulnerable to be as comfortable with us as your Jamie did with you. Still, he loves people and always calls to us when we leave the house. Jamie looked like he is an amazing bird, I saw my bird die, It was a very sad time for me as we weren't expecting it. At least he passed listening to his favourite thing, your heart.

I've never been a big fan of birds but this made me tear up alittle, Jamie seemed like a really sweet, smart, fun loving bird :3 I'm sorry for your loss but happy that he had such a good life with you and your family.
