I just feel like his arthritis was a psychological reaction to another tour starting. Maybe he didn't have the confidence to do another tour, so his mind created another illness (much like his anorexia) so he didn't have to go out on tour. It IS possible. He even said it was linked to music.

How can someone have arthritis through your entire body and then after 1 year it's completely gone? Are we sure it wasn't psychosomatic (in his head)?
