@Specterr1001 It's called Touch and Go. I'm not bouncing it off my chest but rather using the stretch reflex to get a bit of pop off my chest. I don't compete in powerlifting so I don't need to worry about a pause at the bottom. I want to get stronger by moving more weight and the "bounce" at the bottom helps with that.

i would give u props but u preety much weight close to ur max. 2nd ur back is arched keep it flat and u will see better chest results.

@bigedwin360 Thanks for stopping by even though you can't give me "props" for hitting a bench PR. I'm sure you benched 275 the first time you stepped into a gym. Congrats, you win.
