David Martosko and his former boss Rick Berman will be perfectly fine and dandy with Obama using the NDAA to indefinitely detain anybody who investigates factory farms. Groups such as PETA, HSUS, and Mercy For Animals will be targeted by NDAA because the FBI has said that anybody who investigates a factory farms and videotapes the barbaric treatment of animals inside a factory farm is a terrorist.

@xxcelinux Rick Berman is a cheap Jew who uses the Center for Consumer Freedom - and the rest of his phony industry front groups - to take in donations from corporations such as Monsanto and Coca-Cola which they believe will be used to protect their bottom line. Instead, Berman funnels the donations to not only his for-profit lobbying firm Berman & Company, but also to his personal/private bank account which is probably off-shore.
