Steak Tar Tare part 1

Went to have a "duel" with the infamous T-Bone of 500grs!!! But the battle was kinda lame coz the steak only lasted 10 minutes XP better have something bigger next time. Anyways, mum and my uncle had Steak Tar Tare. And since the waiter was preparing it next to us and i was bored waiting for my steak, i filmed it. Ingredients for the sauce were lemon, oil, garlic salt, ketchup, brandy,pepper, tabasco and mayonase (sp)...

Fui a enfrentarme al infame T-Bone de 500grs. pero resulto ser una mieeerrr..seca de batalla ya que el filete solo duro 10 minutos XP la proxima vez me pedire algo mas grande. En fin, mi madre y mi tio pidieron un Steak Tar Tare. Como el camarero lo estaba preparando al lado nuestro y me aburria esperando a mi filete, lo grabe. Los ingredientes para la salsa eran limon, aceite, sal de ajo, ketchup, brandy, tabasco, pimienta y mayonesa...

So what exactly is Steak Tar Tare and why was the waiter preparing that at the table? You should have saved some steak for your lizard, or does he only eat raw meat?

its kinda like a meat pie-thingy and he was prepring it beside our table so that someone that knows how its suppose to be done (my uncle) can taste to see if any ingredient was lacking or too much. And actually i thought my T-Bone was gonna be too much..and i was thinking of excuses to take the leftovers to Godzilla, to nibble on the bone or play a little tug of war with the bone...but eventually my hunger left nothing XP tsk..ah well, he got a rat that day so doesnt matter
