This video shows how we can use painting to manage stress. By focusing on our emotions and allowing ourselves to release that which we are holding onto, we can reduce our stress levels.

It is great fun to do - crack those paints out!

  • It depends. You are right in that it's a stress relieving technique of painting. I've done it myself and it's very fun and relaxing. But you have heard of abstract expressionism right? Or Jackson Pollock? This can be considered a revered style of painting, depending on you who ask :p

  • DO IT! Who cares what your mom thinks to be honest!

  • This stuff can be really good for textures and stuff like that.

    But because I don't stress often, I'd prefer to think of some sort of meaning, and try to apply it into my artworks

  • Perfect is one of my all time favourite tracks by the Smashing Pumpkins, it's such an uplifting tune- well chosen!!
