Two parents tell how the Family Court refused to believe the testimony of agencies who believed their children were being sexually abused. Custody was awarded to the people the children said were abusing them while the protective parents were restricted to limited, supervised access.

Yeah, unless there's suspected child abuse or neglect, the DOC's 're meant to be nowhere near.

Sorry. I've been through sexual abuse allegations involving the family court. You simply can't take statements made by children on face value when it comes to these matters, especially in the context of custody or divorce proceedings or separation. Believe it or not - young children are very capable of making this stuff up. You didn't mention anything about results from a medical examination. Why is that? Do you seriously believe the mother played objects in the child's rectum under direction?

We've all been told the children will come back in the end but it's something we already know. The best interest in the children is in not living with Domestic Violence and not accepting it as a part of life. The best interest in the Family Court is in not branding a parent that may speak out with a diagnosis that fits with the Family Court because those parents only get stronger and learn to speak out when they find others in the same predicament. The information age is fantastic.

I absolutely despise DOCs. I wasted so much time trying to ring them and tell them about f#$face. Then I made complaints about DOCs to DOCs. DOCs replied to me that they handled the situation "appropriately". When I scream out "F#$king Bulls#$t." They refused to tell me what "appropriate" actions they took. DOCs protected f$&#face and pushed me aside. How can I tell kids to follow the law and various government departments like DOCs protect F@#faces. I should have punch f#$&face myself.

children want to know why they are being punished....when they have done nothing wrong! their voices are not heard.... their screams are silenced....and the FCA, and their agents condone abuse!

The children do wonder why we mothers cannot protect them.

Women are labelled mentally ill, just like in the medieval days.

This is based on Gardiners theories- he was a self confessed paedophile- and this is what the courts are using as expert opinion.

Many experts say sexual abuse of children is OK- but most people do not know this truth, as it is too sick to contemplate.

Perhaps this is why family courts are held in secret and called Kangaroo Courts.

That is how the child protectors work.

I also learned the truth in Ireland in 1995.

It is all written in the books, but the experts go by their own unresolved issues, and this is leading to unbelievable ABUSE OF CHILDREN.
