Hearts and a star collide this Valentine's Day for An Evening with Bernadette Peters Feb. 14 at 8 p.m. at the Grand Theatre at Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nev. for Encore, presented byArtown. Belting out Broadway tunes as only she can do, Bernadette Peters performs hits from throughout her awards-studded career including the music of Rodgers and Hammerstein and Stephen Sondheim accompanied by a nine piece orchestra.

Peters performs direct from Broadway where she recently shined in the acclaimed "A Little Night Music," and wowed audiences with her emotionally-charged rendition of "Send in the Clowns." The Tony Award-winning songstress, well-known as an actress as well, has also earned critical acclaim in such Broadway hits as "Gypsy" and "Annie Get Your Gun." On TV and in film she's won rave reviews for performances on PBS' "Evening at Pops" and "The Kennedy Center Honors" as well as "Ally McBeal," "The Jerk" with Steve Martin and "Pink Cadillac" with Clint Eastwood.
