  • Bury My Heart is "a life-altering approach to turning managers into unconditionally committed leaders." Check out slapcompany.

  • As a former employee of this company, I will say that most of their business decisions are good. But if you consider freezing pay raises for two years, eliminating matching 401K rates, and eliminating benefits for tenured workers (some of the things the Container did do recently) the sign of an excellently run company - I'd say there's more to this story than what CBS wants you to know. I dislike the Container Store because there are some decisions not reported that are just plain wrong.

  • well duh, of course any employee knows this, it's the wealthy republican corporate types that don't get because they are skeptical of working people.

  • I wish more CEOs had the take care of your employees like this.
