@64Albere You can make your own mayo, mayonaise should not have any milk in it,

check out the video of gordon ramsey a fast mayo recipe.

mayo gives it a subttle consistency and lot of flavor (mayo= eggyoke,mustard,salt and pepper and a lot of scentless oil, special procedure of mixing, very simple) hope this will help!
