It's best to strat our slow and easy and build yourself up to doing it this way....if you're a beginner, DON'T start out doing the drill this way -- that's why you're seeing stars :-)

So true, start low an roll back first, then slowly build up to being able jump. l still have trouble with this breakfall. Mainly because of confidence, and not being able to see where im going, i end up on the flat of my back instead of letting the upper part of my back and shoulders taking the impact.

dopo aver visto innumerevoli video di cadute (questo è il più esilarante) la domanda sorge spontanea : ma le cinture nere le distribuiscono nei supermercati ??? L'ushiro ukemi è una sorta di capriola indietro dove si arriva con una gamba in ginocchio e l'altra apiegata a 90° formando una sorta di "arco" . In detto arco si fa "scivolare" la gamba in ginocchio riproponendo una nuova ushiro kemi. Se ne devono fare almeno una serie di 10 ogni sera per aiutare lo stabilizzare dell'equilibrio !!

Hast du nen Tipp für mich wie man den Kreislauf darauf besser vorbereiten kann ohne nach ein paar malen Sterne zu sehen? o_o
